- 250 Grams Dry Plum
- 250 Grams Tamarind
- 4 Cups Or 1 KG Sugar
- 1 TSP Black Salt

In a Pan add dried plums,tamarind pulp (Soaked for 2 Hours) and cook for 25 to 30 Min on Medium to Low Flame.
When the Pulp is ready strain them with the help of Strainer (Diring straining add water if Required)
Now add all Pulp in a Pan.
Add Black Salt 1 TSP or TO Taste.
Cover & Cook on Medium Flame for 15 Mins
Let it cool down.
Can be stored in refrigerator for up to a month.
In serving glass,add imli aloo bukhara sharbat,ice cubes and water.
Stir Well & serve.
